WTF?

The NBA has supsended Kobe for an accidental elbow to Ginobili at the end of regulation in the game on Sunday. I have never heard of anyone getting suspended for an accidental elbow before. KG throws the ball at McDyess and takes a swing at him (albeit a weak one) and he gets one game. Kobe elbows Manu accidentally in the process of shooting and he gets one game? Makes no sense, didn't get a tech or even a foul for the play so why is he getting suspended? It's not like the refs didn't see it happen since it was a tie game and Kobe was shooting to win the game. This is bullshit
