I don't care who the games were against - 65, 50, and 60 is simply a ridiculous 3 game stretch and most importantly they all came in victories that were much needed after the Lakers dropped 3 straight. Only 3 other players in NBA history have scored 50 in 3 straight games - Wilt, MJ, and Elgin Baylor. That's pretty impressive company.
I hope the Lakers get the Suns in round one. I know they wouldn't have much of a shot but it would be interesting to see if Kobe could get 300 pts in a 7 game series. The Lakers don't play enough defense to be even a super sleeper darkhorse for the finals so the least they could do is continue the rivalry with Phoenix and Kobe could posterize Nash again.
